Terms of Service — Altproposal

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Altproposal ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for safeguarding the credentials used to access your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. Accounts are personal and may not be shared.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any law or third-party right; (b) transmit malware, spam, or abusive content; (c) attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service; (d) misrepresent yourself or your work; or (e) generate content intended to deceive or defraud clients.

4. Intellectual property

You retain all rights to the inputs you provide and the proposal outputs generated for your use. Altproposal retains all rights to the platform, the prompt architecture, the QA system, and all underlying software. You may not copy, resell, or sublicense the Service or its outputs as a competing tool.

5. Free service & no warranty

The Service is provided free of charge, "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any specific outcomes from proposals generated with the Service, including hire rate or earnings.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Altproposal will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of profits or opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability is limited to USD 100.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that pose a risk to the Service or other users.

8. Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
