Altproposal is provided completely free of charge. There are no subscriptions, purchases, paid tiers, or in-app payments. Every feature is available to every account from the moment you sign up.

Because no money ever changes hands, there is nothing to refund. If a third party has charged you in connection with Altproposal, that charge did not originate from us — please contact that third party directly and let us know at support@altproposal.com so we can investigate.

If we ever introduce a paid feature in the future, this page will be updated with a refund policy in advance and existing free features will remain free.
