Refund Policy

Altproposal provides free credits on signup. New accounts receive 10 free credits, and each proposal generation costs 1 credit. Follow-up messages and interview preparation guides are included at no additional credit cost.

As of this writing, there are no paid tiers, subscriptions, or in-app purchases. Because no money changes hands, there is nothing to refund. If a third party has charged you in connection with Altproposal, that charge did not originate from us — please contact that third party directly and let us know at support@altproposal.com so we can investigate.

If we introduce paid features in the future, this page will be updated with a refund policy in advance.
